Experience an uplifting and rejuvenating healing through Christian urban dance workshop designed specifically for your group to explore healing.
It's an extremely therapeutic process which participants find has a releasing effect. It is based on Christian scriptural healing practices and delivered through urban gospel music to uncover areas in your life which are blocking your healing.
The group will be guided through various urban and freestyle movements, given fun and explorative tasks and be invited to use your own personal movement to express themselves.
You'll learn new dance techniques, improve your fitness, and leave feeling refreshed and energised.
Tailored so that your group's objectives are sufficiently met. All skill levels can be catered for. Open to all faiths and none.
Practical notes: in-person workshops depend on venue suitability; travel expenses may apply and charged seperately. Also, price includes 2 hours of preparation and 1.5 hours of follow-up so participants can integrate the experience.
