Building faith for healing
through Christian urban dance

Tonte Dance creates welcoming, faith-centred spaces where urban movement becomes a practice of healing and freedom.

Lifestyle mentoring deepens the work with tailored guidance, while films, workshops and one-song flows carry freedom into everyday life.

Together we boost creativity, move, and be guided through simple processes that nurtures connection and growth.

Our work is empowering and transformative, using dance to restore, uplift, and inspire.

When you have been trapped in your own eczema-ridden body for 40 years you see life differently when you’re finally let out.

Saying healing is possible is not a cliché, it’s a very real truth.”

TONTE’S JOURNEY,
OUR PRACTICE

TONTE’S JOURNEY,
OUR PRACTICE

Founded by Keisha aka Tonte, a dance artist inspired by her own healing journey, Tonte Dance brings together urban dance, scriptural movement meditation and urban freestyle.

Workshops follow a clear rhythm: arrive as you are; breathe and reflect; move, explore using your own body and share. Mentoring adds that genuine one to one safe space and accountability that gets results. Films, healing freestyle sessions and scripture meditations keep it alive between sessions.

The aim is calm hearts, freer bodies and real change in everyday life. People leave feeling grounded, connected and uplifted.
